Rain, rain, here a-gain....

Why is it every damn time I get a day off it rains? This would have been a perfect day to go riding, or at least for a walk up the hill. But noooooooo. I get to sit on my arse cruising the inter-webs sipping tea and listening to a mixture of Pandora and the neighbors dogs barking themselves stupid. At least once the wind reached the oh-my-god-strong state, they shut up and were taken inside. But back to the point. Back to the day of abso-fucking-lutely nothing.

Not that that's so much of a bad thing... It's nice to have a day to do abso-fucking-lutely nothing every now and then. Like listening to talk radio or drinking tequila, one is nice now and then, but too many and for too long and I want to gouge my eyes out with a bottle-cap.

And I must say; that "abso-fucking-lutely nothing" thing? I seem to have been somewhat triumphant with it. Here is a list of accomplishments for the day:

Wake up
Breakfast
Cruise the inter-webs
Play SimCity 4 (failed, by the way)
Cruise the inter-webs, pt. 2
Dinner
Continue cruising said inter-webs


On a side note, I seem to have an odd fascination lately with the use of dashes. They just want to be us-ed all over the place. Separating words that shouldn't be separated, connecting phrases that should-not-be connected. Bad example. Moving on.


Is it "inTer-webs" or "inNer-webs"? I just never know.
