I've been having a rough time sleeping again lately.. Im worried about things.. Lots of things... Too many things.. My crazy is acting up again.. I think I need to go see my shrink again..

Anyone have any advice?

there is always advice to be given, just depends on what its for or about. some can be complete shit others very useful. not sure thats any help but if people give advice just take the bits that are relevant to you i think is what i'm saying smile
