busy is good!!!!!

sup homefry..hehe...been busy as of late also.trying to keep my head in order and trying really hard about the opening of my restaurant this saturday..one of my cooks already just told me he couldnt work until april..i was like..wtf i told you our opening date a month ago, and now youre tellin me u cant start until next month?...geez....i need a new line cook ..i dont think i'll be keeping this guy on my staff..way too flaky now i dont have a lunch guy to work the grill station!!!
