I went to bed last night and I'll admit, I was on the end of a really shitty day. I was in a foul mood and just plain pissed off... Today is already 100 times better. Basil, my two year old ball python shedded all of her scales last night ON her OWN! For the first time.... My baby is growing up...

Schedule is a bit dodgy the next few days... I'm all moved, mostly unpacked.. Getting there..

ok, so I am giving my futon to a pal.... Someone who can get better use of it than it sitting in a damn storage locker...this means I gotta get it out to Joliet and help him assemble it.. I'm excited, I have to move Basil and her stuff, my mini fridge, refridgerated food, and a few other kitcher acoutrements. THEN I"M DONE!!!!

another two truckloads of big stuff and I am down to the following items that need to be moved:
Futon, and mattress
Three underbed rubbermaid storage bins
Basil, terrarium and her oak stand
small basil terrarium
dishes
a few lamps
and my food...

most of this stuff is bigger and cumbersome so it should take a few trips to get 'er done...

ok, for those of you who dont know, The Dan Ryan is interstate 90-94 in IL it goes through Chi and its suburbs... there is major tollway construction on it right now...
