what helps you when you're feeling low?

For me if I feel down the first thing I tend to do is listen to some music 🎶

I find it can heal, and put you in a better mood. It can also make you feel not alone 💕

If you have a pet, cuddle it!!! Cuddling and hugging release oxytocin which is a bonding hormone! ❤️

I find that negative energy also finds it very hard to move through smoke, burn some white sage or some of your favourite incense 🌱

Maybes even have a little doobie 🙊🍁

Go outside, do some exercise and release tension as well as making yourself feel better 🌹 I find that nature and sunshine will always help in raising my mood. 🌴

If all these fail and I am still feeling low, I ring a friend or go see a friend, maybe a family member! 💐 I should never let myself feel that low that I can’t talk to anyone about my issues at hand ❤️

Oh...and don’t forget sex! 😂❤️ It’s cheeky but if it’s with someone you love, you definitely feel better ❤️❤️

I’ve learnt a lot recently about self-love 💖 love yourself and others will surely follow ✨

All your points make sense. However it is highly subjective and the solutions may be diverse: A drink with a friend, a good book, smoking a cigar as you read a book, a ride around the town in your car at night and so on... Regardless of the solution you may find, what matters is not much to pull the plug from your stress cause only, but rather be proactive and enjoy thoroughly what you're doing in that moment and feel the emotions that you're getting
