i could only drag one friend along with me.. and i think it was only cause i offered to drive i haven't backpacked, but know of some people who have. it seems like it would be such an amazing way to spend a couple of months.. traveling by train, foot, taxi, scooter, minimal amounts of cash, no plans, just going where the day takes you.

So I've been a busy busy guy. Drove to Boston last weekend for the Them Crooked Vultures show on Sunday night. Josh Homme, Dave Grohl, and John Paul Jones know how to play their instruments and that is exactly what they did. Seriously one of the best shows I've been to in as long as I can remember.
