I walked home from a bar tonight and the streets were strangely quiet. All you could hear was the wind blowing through the trees. I guess to live in Brooklyn and to hear such quiet is so bizarre. I really miss this subtle sound or the lack of loud sounds for that matter.
It was a nice walk home.
