thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. you're making me feel so much better about being 30. i don't feel any older...in fact i feel better now than i have in my whole life, thanks to a few select people and one amazing pirate (who is quitting smoking today. wow.)

here's my one nod to my first 30 years on this dog earth and a big 'bring it' to the next 30.
