i just rolled from bed to the tune of digital ocean waves from my alarm klaxon. i really think i have a problem. i slept for nigh on 9 hours, but i feel as if i haven't closed my eyes at all. i spend my days as Zombie Trae, or more properly, Zombie Lieutenant Matte, shuffling and moaning through the am/pm. i dream, i toss, i turn, i sleep...i just don't rest. anyone have any idea what could be causing this? it's been going on for several weeks and it's really starting to get to me...affecting my work, my play, my words. maybe it's insomnia, just without the not sleeping part.

you need something relaxing for the mind and to make the whole self smile ~ then perhaps a resorative sleep, or awake, would make for a happy zombie. the zombie part is kinda cool, though. mmmmmmm, brains.
and no worries on the response ... take yr time, sweet.
