random musings:

i sat and read for about two hours on my favorite bench which looks out on the Potomac today.


sometimes perfect moments last longer than only a moment.


sometimes i get sort of lonesome.


walking home just now there were thousands of fireflies along the tree lined path. there were also dozens of bats in the air.


i watched fireworks from atop a Georgetown University building last night. i drank beer. i thought about soldiers in the desert.


i awoke this morning in a strange place.


hangovers are nonexistant for me if only i n't smoke whilst drinking. i just found this out today at the age of 29. i've been drinking since 16.


i've lost a good deal of weight over the last few weeks.


i hope you all are having as nice an evening as i.
