yes, Tull is a word. it was the name of a town in "The Gunslinger" by Stephen King. there were some people in this monosyllabic town. a few dozen. they were magicked by the Man in Black. they tried to hurt the gunslinger. they tried to kill the gunslinger. they tried. they tried and they died.
the gunslinger, Roland, will kick your ass. then you'll get dead too because he'll sling some lead at you so quick you'll say "godda-----" and then you'll be dead. dead dead deadsky, like Beetlejuice once said.
