mmmmhi. good to hear from you again. i'm feeling quite relaxed and languid this evening after my 1.5 hour ashtanga stretchiness. that class kicks my ass more than anything i've ever done, hands down.
sometimes i wonder why i keep renewing my membership...then i remember that i just love hearing from each of you every day. never thought i'd be one of 'those' online people, but here i am and its strangely gratifying.
