So Henry V went out with a splud. The king returned and proceeded to slaughter the verse as usual. I waxed amorously about my horse, and the show trotted into memory. Friday and Saturday nights were good; clear, mild, no rain, and the audiences were a little bigger, and not quite as dead. Closing night got rained out before we finished Act V. It didn't change the outcome though. The French were still defeated at Agincourt.
No rest for the wicked though. Next up is Comedy of Errors which opens July 8th, and I'm also designing lights for Moon Over Buffalo which also opens next week at Asheville Community Theatre.
Soon I'll start pestering all of you Asheville types to come see Comedy of Errors. It's funny and only about 90 minutes, so you have no excuse.
