So you know when you're at the bar, or restaurant, and there is this really loud, obnoxious, completely plastered group of people at the table beside you, who are making out in the booths, snapping pictures, hoping and hollering, and generally acting drunk and disorderly.
Yeah?
I was at that table last night.

Although I wasn't participating in said activities, it was funny, but also a little embarrassing. Some friends of my roommates came into town this weekend. They wanted me to meet them at the Usual Suspects for some drinks. I arrived late as usual. They had been drinking the better part of the day, and by the time I got there, a couple of them already had their eyes crossed. They were having a grand old time though, and good for them. They were in town to have fun, and by the looks of it that mission was accomplished. It's not like I minded the rowdiness, it just embarrassed me a little to be at the table full of loud drunkards.

I learned a cool new card trick though, that I can't wait to show some of you.

I also invented a new game of chance earlier that night with my family. Next time you go out to eat at one of those restaurants which give you one of those little buzzers that lets you know when your table is ready. Pass the pager around kind of like a hot potato, (You don't have to go so fast though) and the person who ends up with it when it goes off has to pay for dinner.
