So I was lost in the supermarket yesterday, staring at toothpaste ingredients. Did you know most "Whitening" toothpastes have titanium dioxide in them? I don't think Titanium Dioxide is really harmful to humans, but it is interesting to know that, among other uses, it's the pigment most often used to make white paint. You've heard of Titanium white before, right? So when you use that "Whitening" toothpaste, are you really whitening your teeth, or just painting over the stains?
