I've really got the winter blah's recently. I'm extremely unmotivated, tired, and in general just a big poopy pants. I didn't do much of anything this weekend. I contemplated going to see a couple of bands but each time I got to the venues, I backed out. Then tonight I was going to see one of my favorite local bands, Hope and Anchor, and the show got cancelled. I thought about going to the bar, but I bought groceries instead. Damn priorities! Now I'm at home on this infernal site. I need some new kind of kick.
I did see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire over the weekend. Decent adaptation, but I thought there were a lot of things glossed over, even at almost two and a half hours. It was good escapism, but I think I liked Prisoner a tad bit better. Still it was a solid film.
Oh yeah, this is totally a new massive time waster.
