Alright in stead of fun a serious topic for one and its cutting yourself. Now if there was ever something not to do when your depressed that helps nothing this is it. It serves no purphose other than to damage yourself sometimes badly. Despite what people think its not a release it just makes things worse. It worries since two females friend of mine have deceided to do this. One did it too make a point to her b/f the other gets manically depressed. Granted I've been gentle when discussing this with them gentle but extremely firm, because lets face it hurting yourself like that is bullshit and no one should be made to feel they need to slash themselves open.
