Went up to Portland last week. Very cool town, my first visit. Reminded me a bit of my hometown, Minneapolis. Smallish city, lots of writers/artists/musicians because they can actually afford to live there, green space in the city. Very nice. I think I could live in Powell's Books. And the trip was doubly enjoyable knowing that it will be the last fun I see until mid-May. Hooray for finals! Hooray for being broke!
