So I just heard on TV that cigarettes are like $10/pack in New York! It doesn't really affect me that much, because I don't smoke, but a few of my friends go through a carton a week. That is more than I spend on groceries a week. I could spend two weeks in Australia for 5 grand, which is what it comes out to at $10/pack for a year.
