Ok here goes what the hell do blokes write in a blog that would be of any interest to any one??
A question I have mulled over for along time!!
But here goes!finally booked the lads lift assisted, big mountain, single track ,downhill mountainbike holiday to the Allps in August so now I carnt wait! I just love everything about it the adrenlin is the best drug I have ever had and its free and the smile you get stuck on your face is as good as any! So far there are nine of us but I am sure there will be more as its to good a trip to miss.
Weekend has been pretty steady took kids bikeing on Saturday still only young though so nothing serious then Sunday out with the lads round here very lucky where I live with a good network of trails right out my back door! As you can see there is a bit of a theme going on here hahaha
I love this site and have made some great friends recentley and just wanna say Hi you know who you are.
I am 43 in body but 18 in mind and gonna live forever hahahaha
