So, today is my birthday. I'm finally 21 and I've decided not to celebrate birthdays anymore lol. I got rained on today walking to my car after class. I think it always rains on my birthday.
I haven't enjoyed my birthday for years. (Obvious day is obvious.) This year, finally, I'm a little happy. As happy as I can be since I still consider it a shitty day. People are remembering my birthday and the whole Sept. 11 thing is plastered all over the news.
I know because of this day, a lot of guys are in Iraq or Afghanistan which also includes my boyfriend. I hope they all come home safely and I support them 100%. They are so self-less and deserve so much respect. Thank you guys. You're my heroes!
So tonight my friends are literally coming to my house and dragging me out to drink and socialize. Meh.
