Still have to catch these guys live. But they're tucked all the way down in antipodal Australia. Stupidly, they opened for one of my other favorite acts in Boston back in the day – Fair to Midland. And I could have gone if I paid attention to who was touring where and when.

This is surprisingly easy – like breading anything else, really. It was damn good. It's also not a good idea to eat too often. Cheese is a creamy-delicious-vixen.

I love here in Sarasota, but I'll always miss the Cape and the Islands until I get back there.

Sports-casting a dog moment.

When someone uses the phrase "It was a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky..." I get annoyed. Not a cloud in the sky sounds super dull. Clouds are like puffy canvases for light. Clouds rule.

I get the same feeling when people say they don't like wind because it messes up their hair. Wind is exciting - it's motion. It feels good.
