Well let's take back that less stressed than usual bit. Seems now I've fallen into the legal eye of someone not so very nice who seems to want to prove that I did something very bad that I didn't do at all. Basically here's the deal without giving out info... there is evidence of a wrong doing that I for a fact know I didn't do, since I didn't do it.. which means that SOMEONE else had to do it and being as how this wrong doing is something I find very morally horrible/terrible/worthy of an eternal life in the damnations of hell, I'm pretty angry. I have plenty of witnesses so I doubt that I'll come to any trouble over this all because guess what.. I'm innocent.
Anyhow, it hasn't gotten to court or anything like that yet, and I can't think that if it did it would last long because the proof is definitely on my side, and burden of proof of guilt is on the accusing party's side. Innocent until proven guilty.. at least I learned something in high school law.
But I'm keeping my spirits up, 6 months of therapy and I seem to be coping alot better with life and the craziness that ensues from it all. I've been staying quasi social, going out a little bit, etc etc. Nothing I can't handle right?

As your attorney my legal advice to you is to run..if they catch you, it's only one new charge.
As your attorney, my legal advice to you is to rent a very fast car, aquire a lethal amount of illegal drugs and alcohol, and drive to Las Vegas as fast as you can with little to no regard for driving laws.
