a) dreamweaver mx on mac os is nowhere NEAR as nice as the pc version

b) i've been a fan of depeche mode since 1984 and they still rock my world

c) it's highly likely that i'll stab our marketing manager to death today...

the main thing that i dislike about it is the window management . with the pc version you get the option to use an integrated workspace so there's no messing around with trying to find windows, everything is much more accessible. maybe it's to keep it in line with the mac ui guidelines, but it seems such a big step back once you use the windows version.

i bought a mac because after years of using a pc i wanted a good user experience while i worked... seems wrong to me that for all it's other benefits, the mac version doesn't have the one feature i wanted the most.

have you played with mx at all yet?
jamy:
yes, i've upgraded my flash Mx and I'm trialling dreamweaver.... its such a shame that they didn't include that window management feature..... it's the best part about flash mx and dreamweaver so far..... damn!

i know it's random, i spend my days writing things like this myself...

it just excited me seeing my monkey in public, that's all...

i'm easily amused

...and in other news, the new angelene set rocks the house, i've hand-edited about 300 html files today, at last count i'd had twelve cups of coffee and i forgot to have lunch again.

i know it's good to be busy but this is ridiculous.

oh yeah, and just so's you know - 'dead leaves and the dirty ground' by the white stripes is rocking....

i appreciate that it's not the most important thing in the world, but, just once, i'd like to see *my* profile pic pop up in the hookup section...

bwahaha...subphertron can't leave the sg site!! *winks* ... wait ...neither can i...

and yes, i too would like to see my profile pic emerge, but then would that be wasting the one time that it randomly popped up?! sgirl is bemused and must think about this deeply philosophical question...

good point sumgirl, i hadn't thought of that

i guess i just like seeing my monkey pop up every now and then...

woo-hoo!!

this morning i went to check out the new one bedroom apartment i want to move into. the place is pretty cool and it's super-convenient for work and going out. the girl who was living there left a month early so it made it much easier to get in and make sure i can have the place.

i'm going back in the morning to...

Q: what do you get if you cross a bunch of framesets, a sprinkling of css, some javascript and a bunch of asp scripts?

A: a fucking big headache...

i'm off home to watch rollerball

my life has turned into a never-ending spiral of tiny pixellated fonts, framesets, asp code and validating xhtml. fun, but not especially fun after 16 hours or so...

chances are if i continue to stare at code for the rest of the day with the same intensity as i have all day, i'm going to become totallyblind instead of partiallyblind

i need a 23" hdd...

ack!

like an absolute twat, i managed to leave my powerbook power supply in our other office yesterday... i didn't realise until i got back home to london, and i don't have a spare, so i've had to spend my day off travelling back there to retrieve it.

on this plus side, i stopped back to check my mail and found http://www.villainsupply.com/ while i was...
