canadian M. came over yesterday to help clean up party stuff, but everything was mostly clean by then so we just drank the rest of the egg nog & then she curled on the couch, not too far from my sleepy boyfriend, & said 'I'm a cat!'

& there was nothing to do but to pet her, was there?
