I was patrolling North Philly and I got a call about a vicious pitt bull attacking a man. I arrived on scene and found this little guy. What a vicious dog.... Stupid fucks.
He was scared not vicious.. Needless to say he is safe and
returned back to his owners.

Yes they are! I pulled up and the guy was on top of a car screaming. The dog was just wagging his tail barking at him. Wasn't vicious at all.
