School has started... hooray! Today was pretty fun. We worked on knife skills and also learned how to make the perfect loaf of french bread. We eat this same french bread EVERY DAY for class because it is one of the three components to a complete meal. I'm on the "Hot Line" for the next 5 weeks so I will be preparing the main course everyday. Tomorrow will be the first day that the class makes all the food. It should be a good time. We are making something with leeks, although I can't remember what right now.
