So what's up peeps! Ok, here is the new goodies for the day:
I went to my school yesterday to stop in and say hi to the people there because they all rock! I ended up getting talked into staying to volunteer my night to a class that was coming in. Well I love working those classes, the school is great and I love to talk to all the people that are coming in there excited to learn to cook. So at the end of the night, the instructor that I was helping out told me that she really thinks I would be a great instructor for them and said that if a possition opens up then she wants to recomend me for it! That's freaking awesome!!! I love this place and I really enjoy all the people that work there. That would be an absolute blast to go spend my time there. So I'm pretty pumped about that. Who knows if it will happen, but the chance is all I'm looking for. On the same note, this same instructor told me about a job being a chocolate makers apprentice... SOLID! We got on the topic because we were talking about what I enjoyed while I was in pastry and making chocolates was one of the things that I loved.
I've been in a pretty big funk lately, but I really made a serious effort yesterday to get out and enjoy myself... and I did. God I really hope that I'm done with this bad attitude shit! It was really getting to me, so I'm really happy that I appear to be coming around.
