Oh hell yeah! Tomorrow I am going to be scared shitless!!! I have my first cooking audition for a job. I have no idea what to expect. I have prepped all the food in my head and think that I'll have enough time but I would have to drop some major coin to actually go out and buy all the goods to prep this meal for practice. So I'm not going to. I think I'm just going to go in and wing it.
That's all I really want to say right now. So much going on right now that I'd like to write about but I really just don't want to get into any of it now. So I won't. I'll just go to bed now and see if I can get some out tomorrow.
