Mmmm.... off to Waterval Boven for the weekend for some R&R. Called the Oosterlijn Rally - only about 100 odd bikes but a nice cozy joll with real lekker food. (Those kidney in fat thingies - if you eat too many you are in real deep s... er,... trouble). The party is sommer in the main street!
Given the troublesome politicians (THE ONLY SUBSPECIES of humankind that contains some individuals that I am close to actually hating - lawyers and accountants I can deal with, haha!) that sours my life lately - believe me....this is just what is needed.
Off to Capetown again on 11th to do presentation in (of all places!) parliament to a portfolio committee - not really a place for me to go and stay but a visit every once in a while is quite ok - can at least see my boet again and do some Sushi. We can really pig out on the stuff! Amongst the 5 or so coffees that goes with it.
