Do you practice joga or meditation? With music or in silence? Openair or in fitness club?

I would love to try yoga for real, got all the gear and everything, I may just need a nudge. I do meditate, I go between quiet or with high quality nature sounds. Meditating with nature sounds has an amazing effect, for example at work, if I want to calm down or get a relaxing moment, I just listen to the same nature sounds and my body knows what to do. I would love to enjoy more time outdoors, but most of the time I'm inside at home. Thank you for the beautiful picture! <3

International Women's Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8 every year. It commemorates the movement for women's rights. March 8 was suggested by the 1910 International Socialist Woman's Conference to become an "International Woman's Day." After women gained suffrage in Soviet Russia in 1917, March 8 became a national holiday there. The day was then predominantly celebrated by the socialist movement and communist countries until

Happy International Women's Day to you! Since you already know a little of my history of growing up in Romania, I know of IWD and it's history quite well. We used to celebrate it and it was also a great opportunity to honor my mom, grandmas and all other women and girls in the family, friends and school. I even used to take flowers to school for my teachers. After moving to Germany, the more celebrated day for women was mother's day, but nonetheless, IWD was always mentioned and honored. In the US I only started to see IWD being celebrated just recently, mother's day is a big deal here. My opinion is that every day should be IWD! Being kind, respectful and fair to women is a must, it's a human right! Thank you for your pretty picture and hope you are enjoying the gift in the Pandora box! :) <3

I'm living in the metropolitan area of Washington, DC. We had a crazy winter, one day arctic cold, the next day t-shirt weather. There was very little snow this year, most of the big storms went just a little north from us. I enjoy winter, until it is not creating issues, like traffic jam or loss of electricity. When I grew up as a kid in norther Romania (not too far from Ukrainian border), we had a lot of snow and I remember walking to school in 50cm fresh snow. My teenage years I spent in southern Germany, and we had quite a good amount of snow, just enough to enjoy, but there were also times with 15 to 20 deg C during Christmas.
