This quote really hit home for me. I remember how devistating it was when I finally admitted to myself that didn't actually BELIEVE in God anymore. That was a real tough time for me, trying to figure out all the existential/philisophical shit without being able to just fall back on a supreme being whenever I came to something I couldn't deal with. Then trying to figure out if I was an athiest or an agnostic....That was almost as difficult as trying to figure out if I was gay or straight. What most people don't tell you as you are growing up is, you don't have to make a choice. You can be both. There is a way to believe that there is no God, and at the same time admit that you MAY be wrong. Just because it doesn't seem probable or possible, doesn't mean that it isn't.
