Had a pretty good day today. The weather was wonderful at the Saturday market. Unfortunatly the hat lady I wanted to see wasn't there, so I couldn't but one of her hats for my costume. And there was a good band playing while we ate lunch,older bluesy rock.
Then I got to play dress up at Red Light, I really wanted to get this shirt, but I couldn't justify the price considering I'll never have a chance to wear it again.

I have been inspired by others to do this. 20 things about me.
1. I'm not a big fan of Sade, the singer. Nothing wrong with her music, it just doesn't get my synapses fireing. I am a big fan of the Marquis De Sade. But not for the reason most people think. I, like De Sade in his real life, am not a Sadist. Actually hurting people doesn't get my synapses firing in a good way either. I am a fan of his erotic fantasies, but I'm more interested in his diatribes against organized religion, government , authority, ect. If your interested, ask me sometime, or, even better, pick up one of his books. He has been called the most well know writer who no one ever actually reads.
2. I rarely make quick decisions. The good side of this is that I rarely make mistakes, and when I do, I have already worked out contingency plans to deal with any possibe permutations of the many possible outcomes. As I'm sure you can imagine, this can take awhile to work out. So it can take me a long time to make the decision. The bad side of this, or, one of the many, is that I quite often miss out on opportunities.
3. I am obsessive/compulsive. But not in a 'Monk' kind of way. Fortunatly it isn't something that interfers with my life, unfortunatly it does not lead to being a neat-freak. I am actually very disorganized.
4. I am not socially assertive, my voice does not carry very well, so it can be hard to hear me in crowded/noisy situations, I am quite reserved around people I have just met or don't know very well. All of these things, and many more, lead to the fact that I don't have a lot of casual friends. Just a small number of people who have gotten to know me over the years whom I would give my life for.
4. I am extremely loyal to those I care for.
5. I was expelled from high school weeks before graduation. There was later a small, quiet scandel about expelling students with below average gpa's in order to keep the schools over-all gpa high. If I ever meet that asshole principal again...
6. I did go to college for a short time, but I unfortunatly did not take it very seriously at the time. Most everything I ever learned was from reading on my own. I never bothered to get my G.E.D.
7. I lost my virginity 3 times, to three different people. I was too young all three times, and they were all old enough that they could have gone to jail. 2 of them probably should have.
8.I met my girl at work, she was a superviser for a different dept. We went out for the first time a couple of months later, I took her to a gay nightclub that I hung out at, introduced her to my lesbian friends and to my ex-boyfriend. I then took her home with me and we slept in the same bed but we didn't have sex. Untill the next morning. We had our first son 11 months after our first date. We have been together 11 years this December.
9. I have never had a relationship that didn't start out with sex. I have never had more than a first date with anyone I didn't have sex with after, or during, or even before, the first date.
10. I have had sex with more people than I know. I have had more one-night stands than I can remember. I have had sex with more people who's names I didn't know than with people who's names I have known. I had had sex with more people than most of you will ever have in your life before I turned 18. I'm not terribly proud of any of this.
Thats enough for now, I'll have to do the other ten anouther time. I really don't think I want to think anymore after that last one.
