Wow its been a while! ok so whats new?

Well ive started doing construction work installing Acess flooring. its pretty heavy work but thats good in one way! im getting paid to go to the gym while im working lol. each of the floor tiles is like 50lbs or so. so yeah lots of bending over and lifting and walking over weird objects and up and down

so yeah im getting in shape and some nice muscle mass very fast.

other than that not much is going on. just livin.. cant wait for ceach season!
