damn i have been really down on myself lately. but i'm trying to make things better- i'm going to quit drinking for a while (i'll replace it with a new vice- coffee!), no more junk food or any of that shit. more reading, riding my bike and spending time with my puppy.

i just got back from mexico, we played in monterrey with tragedy. it was amazing, people were so friendly to us, the space we played at was amazing... i havent slept so i'm a little scatterbrained. i want to do a mexican tour sometime soon.
