so today i went on the nicotene patch. i had no choice, i was sick as a dog yesterday and i could barely smoke. my lungs were in severe pain as the ill effects of 11 years of smoking kick in and make me feel like shit.
this isn't the first time i've tried to quit. i had a pretty good go at it back in 2000, i quit in september and managed to stay off the coffin nails until february or march of 2001 when i blissfully relapsed to my smoker state.
now i don't know how well i will do with this, or how irritable i will become during this. am i fucking insane to think i can win this war? i can already smell things better and it hasn't even been a day and my nose is muted with a cold. i smell peppered french fries.
