taco thursday is once again a set of headlights in the rear view mirror. i was so caught up in drinking that i actually forgot to even eat a taco. me & k ruled the ping pong table for awhile, good times.
the crowd had pretty much dissipated by midnight, so my pal ryno & i went over to my pad and drank an entire bottle of apple schnapps. it went down fast and easy. i cranked the stereo and played drums along to jonathan richman songs. all of a sudden, jimmy (bartender at the c-dore) knocks on my front door wicked pissed.
"what the fuck are you doing? are you fucking crazy?"
i told him no, that i was just really lit up drunk. so day one of having the drums set up in the house didn't go very well. it never pays to play drums drunk anyway. maybe i should stick to bass & guitar........
tonight, a rock show at the cactus club. temper temper and a few other bands. should be a pretty cool time.
