ryan & i are a dangerous combination out at the bars. he's the one guy that can outdrink me consistently. last night at club garibaldi we drank whiskeys. it was a dead space. just m, ryan, the barback, and a may/december couple making out. i stared at the old lady's ass between sips.
eventually we were gifted with free drinks. ryan dropped a whiskey glass and it shattered on the bar. the barkeep gave him a new one. i could barely scrape myself off the barstool. i drove the moped down and drove it back. i lost my gloves so my hands were blocks of ice, and garibaldi is only like 6 blocks or so from my pad.
i remember this summer after helping him move into a place on howell we went to toni's moody blues to drink and play pool. it took us an hour to get 86'ed from that place - we had a dispute over the rules of pool in a doubles game. it got tense, but no punches were thrown. we went back to his pad and wrestled in the living room. when i came to sometime the next afternoon, i was all bruised and scraped up. just a typical night for me & ryan.
he's one of the good guys.

I think its typical for women to think you "want" a drinking buddy. "Not that there's anything wrong with that." The relationship dynamic is very similar. Only without the whole touching of one anothers thingys.
