last night was a talking night out at flannagan's call box. timing was impeccable. i was just leaving the house & jon pulled up. we hit the bank for a quick atm raid, & onto our destination.
that place is great, i can buy a round for 3 for under $5, and with the price of booze going through the fucking roof, that's a steal. but there is a lot of shitty nu-metal in the jukebox. so i coughed up a five-spot to take over the jukebox. and i would've played "jukebox hero" by foreigner if only it were in there.
jon's trip is hashing out meanings to everything and debating free will. kelly's trip is her principles & views on religion & labor history. i don't really have a trip - i just like to throw out questions to complicate things. we closed down the joint & kept going well into the early morning. good stuff.
i'm trying to finish my record in the next couple weeks. i gotta get my ass in gear and do it - not talk about it.
