i don't like septums. the pictures i've seen of the christinas looked bad, but that was probably because the girls' stuff was nasty. you don't have that problem though so it might look ok

i'd do 12g for the nipples instead. i think 14g looks prissy. but anything bigger than 10g pulls your nipples down and looks nazz. outer labia, yuck. cristinas are cute though. my friend has a 6g triangle piercing. which i think she may have just gotten stretched up. i forget. uummm. septum piercings are no good. i hear they hurt the worst to get and are usually eh on girls.
BUT ASIDE FROM ALL THAT, i think the other ideas are cool.
