I WANT THIS VIOLIN, DAMMIT!!!!
i have fallen in love. with that violin. i want it so bad i think i'm going to be depressed for a few weeks. i miss my violin more and more each day. i need some freaking strings! i just got myself a bow off of ebay for 15 bucks!! the same bow went on other auctions for as much as 70$$...i'm glad that my little auction i was bidding on was over looked! i've never got a bow that cheap. my last bow was 250$ (thanks mom and dad). mmmm violins. what is wrong with me? that's all i can think/talk/write/dream about it my violin. i think i've been possesed by my deceased piano teacher. i miss her a lot too. i think i just miss music in my life in general.
seeing all these young kids come in and get their first guitars...it makes me remember getting my first instruments...but the one i fell in love with the most was my violin. i used to hate it. i thought it was ugly and had an awful sound to it...but after blowing the dust off it and cleaning it up, it's like i laid eyes on it for the first time - it's so beautiful and i want to play it SO bad. i hate money. it's such a barrier and a burden.
i'm going to get me an electric violin too, for a few reasons, one, so i can practice at 3am....all i gotta do is plug in the head phones and only i will hear it) and two, i've always wanted to play electric as a little girl..so i think it would be a fulfilling experience.
this is awful.
anybody know a place around here that sell strings besides going all the way out to the airport??
to all who have signed my journal from yesterday - my computer is running painfully slow tonight, and i don't feel like dealing with it - so don't worry, i'm not being rude, i'll respond when my computer is being nice! (i always feel rude if i post a new entry without responding to any posts in an old one, know what i mean?)

I want a cello extremely bad..so I can play some bach, st saens, and follow some of yo yo mas tango pieces. If I were going to get a Violin, I would do it for the soul purpose to learn to play Ma Vlast by smetana..one of my favorite songs, but of course there is always air violin for now.
