so we think the one littler of kittens may be sickly. so we're going to wait a few days and see - we might have to cart them off to the vet...they may have colds...but they're so little that could be a very bad thing...

so i call up the ets (educational testing services or something like that) - the people that make the praxis exams. and this dude gets all rank with me bc i didn't buy a study guide from their site and basically told me that i was going to fail if i didn't buy THEIR study guides. wtf?? riiight. bastard. i hung up SO mad. i didn't even call to ask a question that had ANYTHING to do with their study guides! i just wanted to know if i registered correctly bc it appeared to me that i had two tests that ran at the same time! so the guy answered my initial question to my satisfaction and i was about to end the call - when the guy asks me a simple question: "did you get your test preparation materials yet?" so i thought saying yes would leave him satisfied and say like "ok you're on your way" or something - but no. he asks what i got. so i tell him a book off of amazon.com and he gets furious!!! he was telling me that ets did not share any of their materials with any other company, and blah blah blah (basically said that i was lying about what i bought and where i bought it from..and then doomed me to fail!)...i was SO mad and SO sure of this that i actually went to amazon and to the ets website to check- and sure enough mother fucker. the SAME book is on BOTH sites for sale for 20$. what the fuck now mother fucker???? huh?? bastard. AHHH he made me SO mad.

i actually did write a letter of complaint. i didn't send it (although i should). just venting it out like that supressed my urge to complain- for that moment. lol.

i just get SO mad when people tell me i'm wrong when i KNOW i'm right. maybe if i were wrong then i wouldn't be so mad but he was SO rude and he was only a freaking telemarketer at the help desk. not even a person who makes up the tests or the study guides OR the website for that matter. man. grr! he was probably just reading shit from a freakin script!
