Hey guys, I need your help to find out a problem. I'm trying to DM my pictures to SG's Instagram but I never got any answer, so I asked @lexi what was going on. She told me that IG staff can't see any of my pics, but that's impossible, because I always send them to SG's IG. That's what I see:
As you can see, the SG icon is strange, kind of desaturated. I think the problem is that when I sent a pic for the fist time, the team didn't approve my request to send them because didn't recognize me as official SG. How can we solve this problem?

@bluefender I already talked with the social coordinator and she can't fix the problem, but it seems like we found a solution :( hope it will work!
