Foot Update!
Mostly Good news.
I just got back from my first PT for my "sprained foot". It turns out it is not actually sprained.
But as I Believed it is an injury in the tendons. Basically from overuse.
I will still be injured for awhile, but I should begin using only one crutch this week...That will make it easier to get around...PLUS with the NYC TATTOO CONVENTION this weekend, that's Super news!
Along with the using only one crutch, I should begin to wal mroe normally...the way I am walking now, to avoid pain and pressure on the top part of my foot, is actually doing more harm.
So, I now have a better diagnosis, and some stretches and exercises to do. Pretty Exciting.
