I remember I discovered SG when I was maybe 16-17? You know, when I was still jail bait.
I remember being in total awe of these ladies. They're artistic, authentic and they don't give a fuck. At the time I was the lone token alternative kid in a town of 1200 people and I'd had every cruel comment imaginable thrown my way from everything to the music I liked, the pile of fangoria magazines in my back and my style.
SG gave me that hope that if you don't surrender and keep that freak flag flying, eventually you'll find people that appreciate you for the weird little human you are.
I'm not sure if I'll ever make it pink, I'd like to think so though.
My point is, despite how far this all goes or doesn't go, it's so humbling and flattering to have gone from admiring the bad bitches that are suicide girls to getting to have some part in it, despite at some point having too many doubts to even try.
