Long time no post.....been very busy with my Mom being sick and trying to look at houses to buy this summer. Turns out we found one earlier this week and put in an offer yesterday and it was accepted on the first try!! Kind of exciting and nauseating at the same time, since the payments are going to be the highest we've ever paid. But hey, that's what living near a big city will get you.
