Well what can I say about this weekend that wouldn't fill a novel? Friday was supposed to go see one of my favourite local metal bands backyard burial play as well as checking out this noize act called Yellow Swans from the US of A that were playing with them but never made it. (what a piker!) haha but in the morning I had an audition for a film which I really can't say anything about but it was my first real acting audition and it was fucken weird I thought the lady was going to try and get me to make out with this random guy and stuff haha. I dressed so emo for it. emo emo emo. I can't stop saying emo, and in fact I'm going to have to use that word a lot to describe Saturday night. Watched 'How high?' I fucken love that movie, and some of the family guy movie. Listened to lots of hip hop all afternoon, nz hip hop especially King Kapisi and Frontline. I thought it was great I knew all the words. Then went home and got ready to go out. My amazing friend Heleyni came over. We drank a bottle of lindauer fraise (strawberry bubbly) very quickly and then some vodka. Had an impromptu photoshoot in my bathroom

Before rushing off in a hurry to get to the bar where Heleyni was supposed to have been soundchecking ages ago haha. The bar was full of emos. Anyway she didn't really get a soundcheck and her band 'halva Eve' started playing. (check them out on myspace they just got one: http://www.myspace.com/halvaeve don't know if it's the best recording ever up there but you can hear Heleyni's amazing voice!) and they were great. no one was dancing at first so i went up the front and supported my biatch. After this there was jim beam, lots of getting recognised off myspace, and some emo bands playing.

So we went up to this party at a flat which was completely packed out. There was a kind of grindcore band just finishing with a female singer. I thought they were pretty good they could have been called Gormorreah or something? But I'm really not sure. Saw a billion people I knew. Drank some beer and I don't drink beer wtf? Then it was going back to the bar for more drinks and up to the party. and talking to lots of people. Some bastard threw a plastic cup in my eye. It would have been fun to kill him but we must control our tempers.
Went to another bar or two, had tequila sunrises yummmm and got recognised off myspace again. The rugby was on so some of the boys were watching it.

hmm lotsa other stuff happened. Tried to get an emo to explain emo. He said it meant 'emotional'. haha um duh. Some guy gave me his card. ummm talked to this girl about being bisexual and stuck Sg stickers on her cleavage haha i may have dropped a lemon down her top. Talked lots of shit. I talk toooo much and tell too many secrets I dont think I should be let out of the house sometimes haha

Got home around 6am when the sun was coming up. Crashed out til 5pm Then had the best pumpkin pie ever for dinner.

oh yeah thats right I finally got a job! its part time at a cosmetics counter. Thats right every fucken saturday and sunday i have to work haha oh well it cant be that hard to sell makeup drunk can it? haha nooo I have to be all corporate looking and professional so it should be interesting. Training from tomorrow - a 7 day working week but then i am off to australia for six days the week after yaaay.
