Went to Vegas! it was swell.

Here are some pictures of the Hoover dam, the Vegas strip, and the grand canyon.

Me and behind me (Not that it's visible) is the Sacred Eagle canyon formation.


This is the Native tribe that supposedly will "Kill you and bury you where no one will find you should they catch you on their sacred land straying from the tourist path". So said an Old man who was allowing people in to the glass sky walk.


The glass sky walk that you can't take cameras on. I did throw a quarter over the edge though... lost sight of it after 10 seconds of uninterrupted free fall.


Vegas.





Vegas was pretty sweet. I went indoor skydiving, saw the Cirque du Soleil show "Ka'" which was like Hayao Miyazaki, meets the PS2 game Ico, With moving rotating platform stages. It was amazing. Then I saw The Magician/Comedian The Amazing Johnathan, also excellent. Other than that, I wandered the strip, ate at fancy restaurants, drank a whole lot.

No hookers though frown wink

Ah well.
I signed up for an Education at my local purveyor of paper proofs. I start class on the 9th of September.
Wish me luck eh?
