I think small businesses are a wonderful thing, but you shouldn't generalize. some are ok, some good, and some shit.
I can't function really drunk nor have I seen anyone who could.
I think bartenders usually put the same alc, in drinks for men & women, but put more in drinks for people they like and less (or spit) in the "don't likes." (Tip your bartender.)
