I went to the chiropractor today. She is so so sosso-osos sosososo so cool.
She is so much more than a chiropractor.
She does some trippy energy work and such.
Apparently my psychy is like a snake that needs to shed it's skin. I have outgrown myself in a cosmic sort of way. She says I need to allow the process to happen and to stop using my body as a shield. It's not a shield it's a body. You know that is a heavy load.
